As an authorized agent, we now assist all inhouse and outside clients with biometric enrollment program for St.Kitts CBI passport holders. The whole process can be completed online for booking appointment
The Government has mandated all citizenship by investment passport holders are required to register for biometrics, under the national biometrics enrollment program to upgrade passport security to international standards. This initiative relates exclusively to passport documentation, not citizenship status. Clients’ citizenship status is permanent and fully unaffected by this programme. Citizenship cannot be revoked or suspended for non-compliance with biometric enrolment.
- Biometric enrolment deadline: 31 July 2027 (All old SKN passports will be invalidated after this date)
- Who must comply: All SKN citizens who have acquired citizenship under the Programme, including dependants.
- Appointment length: 15-30 minutes
- Biometric data captured: fingerprints, facial scan, digital signature.
- Renewal process: adults won’t be required to re-enrol at every renewal. During the passport renewal process, biometric validation will take place to reconfirm your data. This is an integral part of the passport issuance process, and no separate biometric fee is applied beyond the standard passport processing fee.

How to Register Appointment
Below is the overview of appointment booking process, done completely online.
- Clients register themselves for an online profile using agent provided link.
- The clients complete the application form and schedule their appointment (including selecting location, date, and time)
- The client proceeds to payment, after which the appointment is submitted for our confirmation
- After the client submits and pays for the appointment, it enters “Waiting for Agent Confirmation” status, which is approved by the agent. The appointment is finalised
- The applicant attends the biometric appointment
- Standard biometric data is collected (fingerprints, facial image, and where applicable, iris scan) • Appointments typically take 15–30 minutes.
