No St Kitts Citizenship for Russians and Ukrainians

The St.Kitts and Nevis has restricted nationals of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine for its citizenship by investment program due to War and International Sanctions.

Russians – They cannot apply for CBI irrespective of where they live. This includes those born in former USSR or dual nationals with citizenship in Russia including those have renounced russian nationality.

Ukraine – Due to ongoing war, Ukraine nationals are not accepted for CBI program in St Kitts and Nevis. This is due to the fact that due diligence cannot be effective conducted in Ukraine. We recommend Ukranians to alternatively they are accepted by other countries such as Antigua, St Lucia and Grenada.

Belarus – The same conditions apply for nationals of Belarus (similar to Russians).
