Effective July 19, 2023, the St.Kitts Authorities has implemented a policy of mandatory interviews (virtual or in person) on applicants applying for CBI program . The interviews are added as an additional layer of security checks done on applicants, which is agreed by all Caribbean countries in the CBI round table conference held in Feb 2023.
Who Must Appear
All principal applicants, 16 years and older, who apply for St Kitts Nevis Investment (CBI) programme will be required to be interviewed – virtually or in person – as part of the application process. Other dependants may also be called for interviews on case by case basis..
The interview is conducted either directly by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) or by an independent professional firm commissioned by the CIU.
Cost
The cost for interview is already included in the due diligence fee paid by applicant. Agents are not permitted to appear, only the applicants must attend. A translator will be provided upon request.

- Verify the data provided in forms and provided documents.
- Financial background and Source of funds
- Your future plans.
