The Prime Creative Arts Center is cultural center and hub offering studios, exhibition halls, and performance spaces for artistic activities. Promotes local talent and sustainable development. It is an approved Public benefit project (PBO) by the government under citizenship by investment program of St.Kitts and Nevis.

This PBO option is designed to channel international investment into projects that deliver measurable national value. Unlike speculative development, PBO projects are required to meet strict standards, demonstrate clear public impact, and contribute meaningfully to long-term development goals. Under the PBO framework, every approved project must demonstrate a clear public impact. These are not merely promising projects – they must deliver tangible outcomes.
- Minimum USD 250,000 contribution required.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on 9 January 2026, marks the beginning of a long-anticipated development and is set to significantly bolster the Federation’s cultural and creative economy.
- ARTIST STUDIOS – Workspaces for visual and performing artists.
- EXHIBITION HALLS – Galleries for showcasing art and heritage.

The centre will have an impact on the community:

Once completed, the Prime Creative Arts Centre will become a central space for performances, exhibitions, education, and entrepreneurship – offering creatives the space they need to grow their craft into sustainable careers. The facility is expected to play a key role in youth engagement and cultural education. By nurturing local talent and providing a platform for creativity, the Centre aims to generate opportunities that extend far beyond its walls.
The Prime Creative Arts Centre is expected to be visible not only as a landmark building, but as a testament to St. Kitts and Nevis’ commitment to sustainable national growth.
