The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme offers a secure and streamlined pathway to citizenship. Follow our five-step process to gain citizenship in one of the Caribbean’s most prosperous nations.

Application Stages

Applying for SKN Citizenship requires meticulous planning and careful preparation of forms and supporting documents. Only Authorised Agents are permitted to submit applications to the St. Kitts and Nevis CIU. These experts ensure compliance and provide support at every step of the process.

  • STEP 01 – Select an Authorised Agent for the official government. Applications cannot be submitted directly to the Citizenship Unit (CIU) by applicants.
  • STEP 02 – Complete all necessary forms and provide supporting documents through your chosen Authorised Agent.
  • STEP 03 – Attend an interview
  • STEP 04 – Wait for the CIU to process your application, including a comprehensive due diligence check. Upon successful completion, you will receive an approval-in-principle letter.
  • STEP 05 – Make your investment once the approval-in-principle letter is issued (within 180 days).
  • STEP 06 –  Pickup your citizenship certificate, your passport and enjoy the benefits of being a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Note: Oaths ceremony is waived for investors.

Applications must be submitted through a licensed Authorised Agent. The process typically begins with payment of due diligence fees and part of the legal fees. The investment amount is payable after receiving Approval-in-Principle from the Citizenship Investment Unit.
