Application Steps
- Step 1: Select an Authorised Agent
- Step 2: Submit required forms and documents through your chosen Authorised Agent
- Step 3: Attend an interview (required for main applicants and dependants aged 16+ if deemed necessary by the CIU)
- Step 4: Make your SISC contribution within 180 days and pay additional fees where applicable
- Step 5: Receive your citizenship approval and obtain your certificate of naturalisation.
- Step 6: Apply for a St. Kitts and Nevis passport for collection.
Processing Time
Within 120-180 days of acknowledgment from the Unit of submission of a citizenship application, the Unit will advise whether an application is:
- Approved-in-principle;
- Denied; or
- Delayed for cause and is still being processed.
