To apply for citizenship under the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme, a main applicant must meet the basic eligibility condition:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Make or agree to make a legally prescribed investment or contribution under one of the citizenship options
- Meet all citizenship application requirements, including due diligence checks and financial criteria.
Not Eligible
A person will not qualify under the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme if they:
- Have not been a citizen of banned country
- Have been denied citizenship of any country
- Have been denied a visa to any country to which citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis have visa-free travel, and has not subsequently obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial;
- Have a criminal record or subject of a criminal investigation;
- Have been declared bankrupt within ten years of his or her application; or
- Are involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to St. Kitts and Nevis.
