To apply for citizenship under the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme, a main applicant must meet the basic eligibility condition:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Make or agree to make a legally prescribed investment or contribution under one of the citizenship options
  • Meet all citizenship application requirements, including due diligence checks and financial criteria.

Not Eligible

A person will not qualify under the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme if they:

  • Have not been a citizen of banned country
  • Have been denied citizenship of any country
  • Have been denied a visa to any country to which citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis have visa-free travel, and has not subsequently obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial;
  • Have a criminal record or subject of a criminal investigation;
  • Have been declared bankrupt within ten years of his or her application; or
  • Are involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to St. Kitts and Nevis.
